DISTILLING NOTES - This whiskey has been a long time coming. This spirit waited patiently in charred American oak barrels for at least 7 years before it got its time to shine. The extra aging adds a richer, sweeter profile to complement the corn-heavy mash bill. Smooth caramel and vanilla on the nose with sweet corn notes. Smooth initial mouthfeel of chewy caramels blends nicely into rich corn flavors and finishes with lingering wood structure. Enjoy this 7 year aged Bourbon neat, on the rocks, or with a splash of water.
